By accessing or using ContractorPro's website, products, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ContractorPro ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Services.

3. License and Usage Rights

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our digital products for your own business operations. This license is perpetual for the version purchased.

3.2 Restrictions

• Use our products to create competing products or services
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Transfer your license to another person or business
• Use our products for illegal purposes
• Claim ownership or authorship of our templates

3.3 Permitted Uses

You MAY:

• Print and use documents for your business operations
• Use across multiple projects within your single business entity

4. Purchases and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are one-time payments unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect completed purchases.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your full credit card information.

4.3 Delivery

Digital products are delivered via download link sent to your provided email address. Download links expire after 72 hours or 5 download attempts, whichever comes first. It is your responsibility to save products to your own storage.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once files have been downloaded or download links have been delivered.

If you experience technical issues preventing download, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will attempt to resolve the issue or provide alternative download methods.

All content, templates, designs, code, and materials on our website and in our products are owned by ContractorPro and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of, the products.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the products ceases, though you may retain copies already downloaded.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
