The contractor behind Contractor Pro.

I spent ~20 years in the field. General Contracting, Steel Erection and underground electrical transmission work. I've spliced high voltage cable, run crews, and logged the kind of weeks that don't leave much room for anything else.

I also ran my own contracting business once. It didn't fail because the work was bad. It failed because the back office buried me: contracts, estimates, lien deadlines, the paperwork nobody teaches a tradesman to handle.

That's the whole reason Contractor Pro exists.

I built this for the version of me that was good with his hands and getting eaten alive by the admin side. Contractor Pro covers what actually trips contractors up: trade-specific contracts, CSI-compliant estimators, and state lien law summaries, across GC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and steel. No fluff, no enterprise bloat, no login required just to download what you paid for.
